The monthly service fee is $11 per unit or $132 per year. This service fee includes recycling. There is no other recycling charge. The service fee is added to the annual property tax notice. One initial container is provided to each unit. Additional containers may be rented for $15 per month with a minimum six month commitment. The homeowner is required to sign a rental agreement form and prepay the first six month fee of $90.
